The maximum return period is 60 days after the customer's ordered was delivered.
Customers are responsible for shipping orders back to Coyote Gear in secure packaging and in original condition.
The initial cost of the return postage shall be paid for by the customer.
Once the return has been received if Coyote Gear determines that the wrong products were sent or if the products sent are defective then Coyote Gear will reimburse the customer for return shipping postage, not to exceed the original shipping cost paid for by Coyote Gear.
If we sent the wrong products or if the products are defective then the customer will receive a full refund. No restocking fee shall be charged.
If the customer ordered the wrong products or changed his or her mind then Coyote Gear reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.
30 Days or Less: 10 Percent
31 to 60 Days: 20 Percent
If the customer's order is returned to Coyote Gear by the shipping carrier because the address provided by the customer during checkout was invalid or undeliverable then Coyote Gear will refund the purchase minus our actual postage costs.
