Returns - Coyote Gear
- If you live in the United States or a US Territory you can order from this site.
- Registration is not required to order.
- We accept most credit card types and PayPal.
- After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation and receipt from our banking processor PayPal.
- When your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a tracking number. After USPS scans the label tracking will progress.
- You can return your order for any reason.
- The return period is 60 days after delivery.
- Please include a copy of the original packing slip.
- The customer is responsible for securely packing and shipping the return back to Coyote Gear.
- After we inspect the return we will contact you via email.
- If the product is not as described then Coyote Gear will reimburse the return shipping cost-not to exceed the original shipping cost.
- If the wrong part was ordered by the customer then the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
- The refund will be issued promptly by reversing the original customer charge.
